When did you start?

I began my role in October
2016.

What does a typical remote day appear like?

An ordinary remote workday includes me providing a fantastic customer experience to our members while in my jammies for half the day. I have some enjoyable co-workers. My puppies are either resting or playing in the background.

What do you love most around functioning from another location at
Trupanion?

No commute! The web traffic
is terrible and also I don’t also have to put on shoes.

What do you love most around your function?

I like being able to assist pets and participants on a daily basis. I enjoy spreading my knowledge to guarantee they understand their terrific financial investment.

What is the favorite component of your day?

Lunchtime, so I can play as well as stroll with my pets.
